Nader Haddad is a Partner at Concorde & Co. He advises sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on their strategic transactions.
He previously worked at leading international investment banks, including Société Générale CIB, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse. He holds a PhD from the University of Oxford.
Mathieu Catala is a Managing Director at Concorde & Co. He oversees the management of transactions and the quality of their execution, from preparation through to completion.
He previously worked in markets at Société Générale CIB, then in consulting at CMG Conseil, Awalee Consulting and Astrelya. He is a graduate of TBS Education.
Ahmed AlSayed is a Managing Director at Concorde & Co. He advises business owners and investors across the GCC and Africa on their strategic transactions.
He previously spent twelve years in banking and finance, at TD Bank within TD Asset Management and TD Wealth Management, as well as at Toyota Canada and Canada One Auto Group. He holds an MBA in Strategy and Economics from Aston Business School.
Fabien Caillot is a Managing Director at Concorde & Co. A specialist in the agri-food sector, he advises business owners and shareholders in the industry on exits, acquisitions and capital raises.
He previously worked in advisory and investment at NFinance, Generis Capital Partners, Crescendo and Cairus Advisory. He is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Salah Eddine Batrah is a Vice President at Concorde & Co. He works on the origination and execution of transactions, particularly those requiring complex structuring, including shareholder reorganisations.
He previously worked in large corporate banking at BRED Banque Populaire, in private equity at Amethis, and in M&A at Arcéane and Cairus Advisory, advising on a number of transactions across France and Europe. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance.
Ina Petersen is Head of Institutional Relations at Concorde & Co. A graduate of Harvard University, she founded and led Inner Voice Artists, having previously worked at Los & Co and Creative Artists Agency.
Nadim Kafi is an M&A Analyst at Concorde & Co. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, he previously gained experience in financial strategy at SCOR, in strategy consulting at La Banque Postale and as an Investment Analyst at Elyan Partners and Waterland.
Amine Gharbi is an M&A Analyst at Concorde & Co. An engineer by training in Financial and Quantitative Engineering, he previously worked in credit-risk analysis at Union Internationale de Banques and in consulting at Financière Longchamp.
Khaled Al Zeart is an M&A Analyst at Concorde & Co. A graduate of ISTEC Business School with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, he previously gained experience in finance and accounting in Kuwait and Lebanon.
Yannis Kyriasis is an M&A Analyst at Concorde & Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Versailles and specialised in insurance engineering as part of his master’s degree.
